Hello Jane
You probably get lots of emails like this, but I just want to say thank you. I was diagnosed with oestrogen+ breast cancer in 2002 and I read both your books. I've used them ever since and still stick to your advice - I am still clear (Fingers crossed) despite having cells in my lymph in 2002. You're my hero.

Professor Plant
I am a Canadian dermatologist practising in the USA, an assistant professor of medicine at Dartmouth Medical School and a private practitioner.
I adore your chapter title "Milk is a Four Letter Word". Wonderful!
My work parallels yours, but my subject is acne. You could look at www.acnemilk.com.
There are three subjects to this missive
- I am going to take the liberty of sending you two CDs, one a Powerpoint, the other an audio CD of a 75 minute Focus Session given two years ago by me to the American Academy of Dermatology. I am certain you will see the parallels. I would very much like to hear your feedback. Is this best sent to Imperial College? Are you still there or is there a better address?
- I would very much like to spend an hour or so with you at some point and might be able to, I hope, in early June. My daughter is graduating from RCSI Dublin and I could nip over to London if we could arrange a time. Is there a chance?
- I would also dearly love to be able to arrange for you to speak on this side of the Atlantic. I haven't researched your presentation schedule yet so I'm not sure whether you have been over here before. Ideally, if there is a chance that I might be able to arrange for you to speak to the Women's Dermatology Society (my wife is also a dermatologist, but her interest is in vulval disease), I would be honored to help set it up. The date for 2009 would be Sunday March 8.
I look forward to hearing from you.
